Institutional development continues to receive priority attention to ensure that N'weti consolidates and remains a benchmark in the sector in Mozambique through a reliable and transparent management system for governance, programmatic and financial management, integrated resource management human and others. EA 4 focuses on N'weti's ability to institutionalize financial and human resources management and systems, internal governance, partnerships, and resource mobilization. It also includes Knowledge Management activities, especially with regard to Research and the Monitoring & Evaluation framework of the organization.
