N’weti’s Annual Report 2023 presents the main results achieved during the period, in line with its Strategic Plan 2021-2025. The context of N’weti’s intervention during 2023 was particularly characterized by severe climatic shocks, which conditioned the routes and reach of communities in remote locations, including access to health facilities that ensure the provision of health services. N’weti implemented its community health service provision interventions in all the country’s provinces and carried out interventions at central level focused on advocacy and public policy influence. Its target population consisted of children in early childhood, orphans and vulnerable children exposed to HIV, adolescent girls and young women, boys and men, women of reproductive age, pregnant and lactating women, people living with HIV and their sexual partners, champions of change, decision-makers, policy implementers and service providers. In 2023, N’weti reached a total of 1,192,000 direct beneficiaries, and covered 967 health facilities in 103 districts in 10 provinces of the country. N'weti's Annual Report 2021, aims to present the organisation's performance during this period, in line with its Strategic Plan (SP) 2021-2025. The report presents the main results achieved during the year through the different interventions implemented through its programmes. The year 2021 continued to be particularly characterised by a complex implementation context on the ground, given the prevailing situation of the COVID-19 pandemic in the country.

N'weti implemented its community-based activities in seven provinces of the country, namely Maputo, Gaza, Inhambane, Sofala, Manica, Zambézia and Nampula, and carried out interventions at central level focused on influencing public policies. Its target population comprised a wide range of beneficiaries including: children (orphans and vulnerable, and HIV-exposed children), adolescent girls and young women (AGYW), boys and men, women of reproductive age, pregnant and lactating women, people living with HIV (PLHIV) and their sexual partners, change champions, decision makers, policy implementers and service providers.

During 2021, N'weti contributed to improving the adoption of health behaviours and practices by its target population through Social and Behaviour Change (SCM) approaches, reaching a total of 130,833 people through the different approaches implemented. The demand for health services has been strengthened, with a total of 157,027 people referred to health facilities, with a total number of counter-referrals of 133,825, corresponding to a completion rate of 85%. In relation to equitable access to quality community and National Health System (NHS) health services, the total number of individuals who received Health Counselling and Testing (HCT) services and received their results was 21,716, of which 16,986 were negative and 4,730 positive for HIV.
