The Directorate of Operations and Finance comprises the sub-units of Accounting and Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, Administration, Grants Management and Internal Audit and Compliance. These sub-units work in an integrated manner to ensure effective support to achieve the organisational objectives embodied in its vision, mission and values. The Operations and Finance Division is responsible for the efficient management of financial resources, the implementation and management of operational systems and process flows, and the establishment of effective internal control systems.
The aim of the Directorate of Operations and Finance is to provide efficient and timely support for the effective implementation of programmatic activities and the rational management of financial and material resources, and the strategic management of human capital for the creation and maintenance of a positive working environment.
