N'weti and the Vicente Ferrer Foundation (FVF) are developing the following programs:
- Contributing to the end of the HIV epidemic by improving access to health services in the province of Gaza (Mozambique) in the districts of Chicualacuala, Mapai and Massangena.
- Promoting the right to child protection and gender equality in the province of Gaza (Mozambique) in the districts of Chicualacuala, Mapai, Mabalane and Chigubo.

This evaluation is designed as an opportunity for learning and continuous improvement, with the main objective of generating useful evidence to reinforce future interventions in the target area. The evaluation seeks to analyze the development of the Projects in a reflective and participatory manner, identifying the extent to which the expected results were achieved and the factors that facilitated or limited progress.

The evaluation of these projects should allow for an assessment of the depth and quality of the results achieved, both in their sectoral dimensions (health – HIV and child protection and gender equality) and in their cross-cutting dimensions (gender approach rooted in human rights, human rights-based approach, democratic governance, cultural diversity and environmental sustainability). It should also examine the alignment with the current Master Plans of the Spanish public funding agencies and with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the 2030 Agenda.

Methodologically, the evaluation will employ a mixed-methods research design, given that the project includes both qualitative and quantitative indicators. The consultancy must clearly demonstrate how the selected methodology and proposed techniques align with the project's implementation strategy, ensuring robust opportunities to collect, analyze, and triangulate the necessary key data.
